Description and Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Solutions Designer with 2 years and above of experience to develop innovative engineering solutions for electrical and electronic components, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and PSo C code. The ideal candidate will apply established engineering principles in line with our development practices and guidelines.

- Design engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and PSo C code.
- Develop and implement testing parameters and plans for both new and existing designs, ensuring validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration resistance, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
- Collaborate with management, internal teams, and outsourced development partners to communicate design status, project progress, and to resolve issues effectively.
- Work alongside other electrical hardware engineers and internal or outsourced partners to create reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for moderately complex products.
- Represent the electrical hardware team throughout all phases of larger and more complex development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years and above of proven experience in electrical design and testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
