Mission statement:
The position Intern provides support to sales activity and projects. In his/her role encompasses a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, document control, communication with customers.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be carrying out document control skills like data collection, data sorting and organizing the data to present the decision-maker with the right tools to make informed decisions.
  
• You will attend meetings and record all the deliberations during the meeting, write letters and correspondence to all relevant bodies and ensure the communication is properly documented for referencing and ease of retrieval.
  
• You will be helping the team to prepare relevant sales and marketing event materials.

Your background:

• You are enthusiastic student able to work along with team.
  
• Familiar with MS office software and MS project application.
  
• Good command of verbal and written English.
  
• Willing to learn and a team player.
  
• Good communication skill.
