Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for Roo team’s products.
• Write clean and efficient code that is scalable and maintainable.
• Document software designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the outcome is delivered on time and to specifications.
• Involvement with new product development and technology research.
• Contribute creative and innovative ideas to improve the user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with software design and development, with an emphasis on networking technologies.
• Experience in the design and development of large-scale distributed systems is preferred.
• Familiar with Python and its web frameworks, such as Django and Flask.
• Good working experience with SQL and No SQL: My SQL/Postgre SQL/Mongo DB/Redis.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, or other cloud services.
