As an Engineering Project Specialist (EPS), you will connect cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of essential development devices. You will collaborate with Engineering Program Management, engineers, operations, and contract manufacturers, and manage numerous moving parts to bring products to life.

Minimum qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience in program or project management.
-
Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing, or managing NPI product builds.
- Experience using Google Sheets formulas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with ODM, JDM, and Contract Manufacturing suppliers.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation with an analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evolving priorities, as well as prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable interaction with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with engineers, contract manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering development device allocation to achieve an optimal balance across validation, qualification, and project budget requirements.

Oversee development build material plans, consolidate diverse validation needs, identify and resolve material availability issues to ensure timely delivery.

Manage, build, integrate validation requirements into optimized configurations.

Partner with manufacturing partners and vendors to execute and deliver product development builds, refine and maintain processes to ensure teams have the necessary resources to achieve objectives.

Collaborate with EPMs, engineering, and operations teams to ensure design and build deliverables are met, support communication between internal teams and external contract manufacturers to streamline processes and support productivity.
