About the Job

The Executive, Business Operations will be responsible for:

• Able to create, maintain and execute affiliate plan based on various campaign initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date
• Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns
• Optimise campaign execution procedures in current various environment platforms
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them

• Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requests
• Mange the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for Ops function
• Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial, and other reporting related deliverables
• Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
• Provide recommendations on how to improve operations process to partners and leadership team

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and written Traditional Chinese; Cantonese speaking is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, understanding of conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting and insights creation;
• Strong communication skills to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders, and in particular to present complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging;
• Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detail;
• Take a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges

Good to have:

• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
