崗位職責：

Job Description:

• Design, develop and maintain embedded system firmware to ensure system performance, stability and security
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure smooth integration between software and hardware
• Staying up-to-date with firmware advances and best practices to ensure high standards and innovation
• Write high-quality firmware code that meets product requirements and design specifications
• Debug new firmware features, optimize existing functionality to improve performances and resolve compatibility issues
• Investigate and troubleshoot firmware-related issues reported during development, testing or deployment phases
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to firmware to ensure project timelines and quality standard
• Perform technical documentations, including user manuals, firmware specifications and test reports
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders and management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in firmware development
• Proficiency in C or C++ programming language
• Familiarity with electronic hardware description language (e.g. Verilog, VHDL), digital circuit principles and software integration
• Experience with common microcontroller and processor architectures such as ARM Cortex series
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication. Mandarin will be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willing to travel or relocate to other countries or project location as assigned if required.
