工作職責：

• 對現有系統、流程和基礎設施進行全面分析，以找出效率低或不足的地方並提出改進建議。
• 設計和開發可擴展、可靠且高效的系統架構和解決方案，以滿足已確定的需求。
• 與利害關係人（包括軟體開發人員、工程師和專案經理）密切合作，收集需求並將其轉化為技術規格。
• 以中文和英文進行有效溝通，以促進與跨地區利害關係人的討論和文件記錄。
• 評估並建議適當的技術和工具，以支援系統開發和改進工作。
• 執行嚴格的系統測試和驗證，以確保所實施的解決方案的品質和性能。
• 記錄系統配置、流程和程序，以確保知識共享和團隊理解。

崗位需求：

• 具備電腦科學、資訊科技或相關領域的學士學位。
• 擁有 5-8 年擔任系統分析工程師或類似職位的豐富經驗，重點關注網路技術或基於網路的系統（在跨國公司 (MNC) 或全球專案中工作為優先）。
• 具有在多元化和跨文化團隊中有效工作的能力。
• 精通中文和英文，具備優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力。
• 對系統架構、設計模式和軟體開發方法有深入的了解。
• 系統分析工具和技術的實務經驗。
• 熟練Java、Python 或C++ 等程式語言。
• 具備Web 技術經驗，包括HTML5、CSS3、Java Script 和框架/函式庫（React、Angular、Vue.js 等）。
• 對Web 架構、設計模式和RESTful API 有深入的了解。
• 熟悉資料庫管理系統（SQL、No SQL）和ORM 框架。
• 了解網路安全原則和最佳實務。
• 有敏捷開發方法及Dev Ops 實務經驗者佳。
• 優秀的分析、解決問題和溝通能力。

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures and solutions to address identified needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including software developers, engineers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to facilitate discussions and documentation with stakeholders across regions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support system development and enhancement efforts.
• Perform rigorous system testing and validation to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and team understanding.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of proven experience as a System Analysis Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on web technology or web-based systems, preferably in multinational companies (MNCs) or global projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with system analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Strong understanding of web architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, No SQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
