Description
The Role:
- As the team leader, this role will contribute to the development and implementation of Trade Credit Risk strategy.
- Represent the company to the client in all sales-oriented activities.
- Lead and coach a team of experienced sales account managers in Taiwan.
- Identify customer needs and develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Communicate and present capabilities to our clients.
- Develop client specific action plans and complete them on a timely basis.
- Participate in and provide input to marketing and business strategic reviews and annual marketing plans.
- Through the relevant sales and marketing networks, gain knowledge and understanding of market business trends, client expectations, and our current competitive position.
- Direct, lead and coach the relevant sales activities for business through direct reports.
- Establish and develop people resources and implement talent management programs.
- Contribute to major account relationship management and actively manage internal relationships.

- 10+ years' experience in Trade Credit Risk Sales & Marketing
- Hands-on experience in business development, marketing, sales, and channel management in B2B Sales & Marketing
- Ability to lead front-line business development and drive holistic sales transformation.
- Significant sales management experience of handling a large geographic territory.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with complex customer interfaces.
- Strong people leadership experience.
- Experience in dealing with multiple important stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
