Introduction:
Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand in Taiwan market? Trip.com is a rapidly growing OTA (online travel agency) and we are looking for a dynamic team member to drive our Taiwan’s marketing efforts.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Operation duty for campaign, CRM (EDM, App push...etc), Social media channel maintenance and content writing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with Trip’s global offices and local sourcing teams to collaborate on multiple campaigns, to deliver high-quality campaign messages that meet local market needs.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders in HQ, including product and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities.
- Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with legal, HR, and admin functions
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- 1+ year of working experience preferred, travel industry or start up experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree and above is required
- Advanced ability in verbal and written English.
- Comfortable with Excel and or other analytics tool such as Tableau.
- Familiar with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences.
- Excellent execution skills.
- Spontaneous, open-minded, diligent and detail-driven.
