JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Taipei, Taiwan
- Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work at least 24 hours (3 days) per week, in an onsite work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
- Duration: Jan-2025 to Jun-2025.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are seeking highly motivated intern/co-op to join our team. In this role –
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Provide general support to team members as needed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint)
- Fluent English Communication both verbal and written in business environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
