Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, Io T, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal Specialist to support various tasks and projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys on the responsibilities outlined below.

1. Board and Committee Meetings Administration: Assist in the administration and logistics of board and committee meetings.
2. Regulatory Reporting: Prepare various reports required by laws and regulations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all regulatory filings.
3. Regulatory Compliance Support: Provide support for ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
4. Data Management and Analysis: Conduct data gathering, recording, and analysis for compliance projects. Assist in the preparation of compliance-related presentations and reports.
5. Corporate and Compliance Tasks: Assist with other corporate and compliance tasks as assigned by senior attorneys or management.

1. Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in public companies, preferably in the semiconductor, financial, legal, or related fields. Ideally, 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
2. Education: A master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized Taiwan or international university.
3. Background: Strong background in accounting, economics, international trade, regulatory compliance, or securities.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with native or fluent level ability.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
6. Other Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, research, and writing skills. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
