How will you make an impact in this role?
This position is responsible for creating new business/capability opportunities to drive the portfolio growth for card portfolio in Taiwan.
This role will partner with the various LOBs to help deliver the required Billings, AIF, AR and revenue and PTI targets and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered according to our Risk appetite. This position has accountability for maximizing the profitability of the portfolio through building or modifying products, benefits and/or capabilities
The person is self-driven, enthusiastic in delivering the highest standard, and eager to make an impact in the organization. Necessary skills required for the role are product management, marketing strategy, P&L analysis, customer insights, competitor intelligence, data analytics, communication development and project management.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Job Description
- Portfolio Management, recommend & execute product and marketing strategies to grow proprietary Card business. This includes but not limited to product refresh, cardmember activation, spend and lend engagement, loyalty and anti-attrition
- Conduct regular analysis on product portfolio to understand cardmembers' behavior and to provide insights to facilitate the team in achieving the company goal
- Work with Central team to improve product development and increase digital engagement to enhance overall competitive positioning
- Project management of new capability development and back-end system enhancement to drive improved channel performance
- Ensure the portfolio marketing and other activities are compliant with all Regulatory and legal reforms as well as internal guidelines
- Cross-functional collaboration ability is important to ensure project/campaign execute successfully.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in credit card, financial or consumer industry
- Deep understanding of credit card products, market trends, and regulatory environment
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Strong analytical, data analysis and problems solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work with external partners and manage multiple relationship in matrix environment
- Outward looking with keen interest on competitive and evolving industry trends for the consumer lending and credit card products
- Able to work independently and excellent time management skills
- A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
