This role is primary responsible for managing, building, and conducting daily quality assurance activities. The role supports the business by establishing and managing efficient operational procedures, workflow, and service levels within Global Merchant & Network Service Taiwan, This includes ensuring compliance with internal and external polices, particularly in areas such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (know your customer), and regulatory validation.
The position also supports the Operational Excellence market requirements, assisting in process optimization to faster an efficient and effective environment that strengthens partnerships. Key responsibilities include risk management, dispute resolution and supporting various business development and compliance initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degrees or above
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- ability to manage business function independently.
- Sales Support or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues in English.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
