About the role:
About the role: We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Project and Development Services team in Taipei. This role requires experience and knowledge in practices such as Sustainability, LEED, and WELL. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to understand and appreciate their perspectives. With a strong drive for success, the successful candidate will excel at achieving challenging goals. We are seeking a Project Manager who brings a structured and organized approach to their work, ensuring that projects are well-planned and executed. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial in order to achieve success in this role.
What this job involves:[Project Management]:
1. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
2. Efficiently managing multiple projects at various stages of development.
3. Contract Management: Skillfully negotiating and enforcing contract obligations with all involved parties.
4. Effectively coordinating large project teams, including owners, architects/designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, AHJs, and other stakeholders.
5. Establishing and adhering to specified project management processes.
6. Leading project meetings and promptly distributing and organizing meeting minutes.
7. Providing support for landlord and tenant negotiations.
8. Proactively communicating project status updates with clients.
9. Generating comprehensive financial and schedule reports utilizing our PM software platform.
10. Identifying and addressing project risks and issues proactively.
11. Actively troubleshooting, problem-solving, and monitoring key performance indicators.
[Team Management]:
1. Leadership and Development: Supervise, empower, and mentor PMs and Coordinators while also evaluating their performance.
2. Cultivating a Positive Work Environment: Communicate expectations to create an accountable, excellent, inclusive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
[Relationships]:
1. Building Strong Partnerships: Establishing trust with owners, landlords, developers, institutions, consultants, and contractors by fostering strong relationships.
2. Synergy and Collaboration: Collaborating with JLL peers to maximize the benefits of JLL’s vertically integrated real estate services platform.
3. Client Relationship Management: Nurturing new and existing business relationships to drive growth and foster client loyalty.
[Growth]:
1. Business Development: Source leads, lead pursuits, pitch our value proposition, and secure new business.
2. Thought Leadership and Networking: Strategically network and position JLL as a leader in project management services.

1. A minimum of 6+ years of relevant design and construction project management experience.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience with a sound understanding of technical requirements for Sustainability design and certification, including LEED and WELL.
3. PMP Certification is a plus.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise judgment, and work independently.
5. Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and responsiveness, along with proactive and expedient decision-making.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of analytical and financial acumen.
7. Adaptable to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexible availability for work hours and willingness to travel as required.
9. Proficiency in at least one project management software platform and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Outlook).
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
