• Job Description
  
  Hitachi Rail is looking for an QA Engineer that can apply their practical skills and experience to support the QA team for activities including Quality management, Joint inspection, Quality Audit, Preventative & Corrective Maintenance of Hitachi Rail’s STS in Taiwan, to ensure the Quality and performance to comply our company rule.
  The position is based in New Taipei, Taiwan reporting to the QA team and QA Manager, working at the Yingge site office.

  Accountabilities:
  Safety Compliance
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Assist in conducting safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


• Quality Assurance
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies during all testing, commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Support the QA Engineer in working any modifications as a result of improvements to the work or address any open items raised by the Client.


• Learning and Development
  
• Actively participate in training programs and workshops to develop technical skills and QA knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques in QA work.


• Required Skills/ Knowledge:
  
• 教育程度:大學或同等學歷。
• 證照:具有公共工程品管人員證書，若有ISO 9001內部稽核員證書更佳。
• 經驗:具有品質管理經驗或是機電系統管理經驗者優先考慮。
• Education: University or equivalent.
• License:Public Works Quality Control Training certificate is manadatory, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certificate is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience or Quality control or Electromechanical systems is advantageous.
• Skills:
  
• 對品質管理有基本概念。
• 具有解決問題及分析問題能力。
• 能夠適應團隊分工的工作環境。
• 高度注意細節並遵守公司安全及品質承諾。
• 具有基礎的電腦技能以利記錄保存、文件編輯及報告製作。
• 具有初級英文程度。
• Basic understanding of Quality management.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety & quality.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping, documentation and reporting.
• Beginner levels of the English language.
