ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Provide operational support and test for Site Intelligence Data Assets and Systems.
• Program Parexel Surveys and process investigative site lists in support of site intelligence, feasibility, site alliance and site selection.
• Review site lists to ensure investigator compliance and data completeness
• Conduct investigator (compliance) due diligence including regulatory, client specific processes, licensure and support FCPA checks
• Provide expertise on risk associated with compliance issues
• Contributes to Sponsor Override process
• Monitor change requests
• Add and maintain new records into system.
• Analyze reports to identify records needing cleaning to maintain data integrity
• Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and internal systems as needed and verify record change requests.
• Clean Investigator Database and communicate with Clinical Operations as needed
• Review, format and enter Investigator information into Investigator MDM/CTMS (e.g. Service Desk Tickets, Other Applications).
• Maintain appropriate investigator compliance and data protection records.

• Advanced computer skills including MS-Office products such as Word, Excel.(Database knowledge is a plus.)
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives.
• Client focused approach to work.
• Sound interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills is a plus.
