Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Work closely with Software Product Manager (SW-PM) and stakeholders in cross functional teams to drive competitive and high-quality server systems management software & firmware solutions (BMC)
- Manage BMC feature development progress to meet both customer requirements and company’s goal
- Manage BMC features approval process enabling, approval progress and BMC firmware version
- Document high quality BMC product requirements with Technical Program Manager and Software Product engineer
- Develop high quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, social media, video, presentations, etc.
- Develop training material for customer and internal trainings as required
Qualifications:
- Preference on bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
- One year above work experience.
- Experience in developing technical specification or documentation
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
- Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
- Experience in technical support service to customer
- One year above work experience
