• Lead the software team to develop linux / windows device drivers on embedded / Io T products

• Develop Windows Image on different platforms

• Learn new technology and deploy on products

• Cooperated with PM / Sales to support customer request or software related issues

• Work across different HW, FW and SW departments/groups to identify and resolve technical issues

• Monitor progress across the group’s responsibility for the feature area.

• Establish and manage a schedule to activities, milestones and deliverables for our products

• Perform other tasks as needed within the business

• Evangelize and work with 3rd party developers /partner / customers in developing out software, acting as the primary point of contact

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline is preferred

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT industry and software development or management, or other similar technical position

• Have the basic sense of operating system (Linux / Windows ), such as memory management and thread control.

• Strong technical, people and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing support questions around Workload Management
