What We Offer

Major tasks:

1. In charge of Innovation Chemical Lab in Changhua site Taiwan, but also understand labs scope at APAC level with difference sites (China, India, and Japan).
2. Knowledge of common laboratory procedures and skill and mechanical aptitude in handling laboratory equipment.
3. Generate the chemical-lab data for new product promoting to markets, especially focus on data analysis in recipe composition of new product, product characterization, specification drafting.
4. In charge of instruments SOP optimization and establishment (e.g. audit of machine calibration).
5. Contact window of RD/AD in APAC to come out the information of new materials properties more closing to customers, but also support QC and production to analysis or assist for the customer complaint.
6. Assist R&D trial pilot line to confirm raw materials and equipment settlement with Production & Technical team in advance.
7. Basic computer (e.g. MS Office and lab-specific software) skills for documentation laboratory and technical results.

Value added:

Generate and/or evaluate samples in the laboratory according to instructions to support development, product quality control, and process research & development programs under the supervision of the Head of Innovation TPU APAC.
1. Manage material analysis works from technical part to different regions of APAC, ont only in Changhua site Taiwan. For example, analysis trial materials which done in COVSZ (China), CUD (India), and DCP (Japan) plant.
2. Good communicate with AD and QC departments for trial management.
3. Capable person who is easy to catch up machinery more in detail acting as an expert or consultant for specific test.
