Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff EE Engineer (Server) located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
Reporting to EE Director or EE Manager, this role performs the responsibility for ensuring the implementation and maintenance for enterprise-wide technical architecture, systems use and maintenance in order to cooperate to the next-generation technologies integration into the architectural strategy.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for the Hardware design and development on Server / Storage product circuit design, testing and verification.
- Responsible for server system board level circuit design and development.
- Responsible for server system PCB layout planning.
- Responsible for components selection, comparison to meet project requirement.
- Responsible for Hardware design verification, solve the problem, issue debug.
- Work with other functional team members on things as board layout, SI, Software, mechanical, thermal, testing and quality.
- Balance product functionality, cost and manufacturability.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Typically requires 4~10 years of systems engineering experience.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Fluent in English - oral and writing
