Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Assistant Project Management Manager located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.
Reporting to the Engineering Project Management Team Manager, This PM Opening role involves responsibilities to lead project team members from to complete each project to meet customer's requirement in EVSE project.

Reporting to the Engineering Project Management Team Manager, This PM Opening role involves responsibilities to lead project team members from to complete each project to meet customer's requirement in EVSE project.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do,
- Manage all project design activities, including feasibility studies, from project start until stable production (SP), within the project baselines.
- Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Design activities, based on approved PRD (product requirements document) and SOW (statement of work).
- Communicate customer requirements, scope, schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams.
- Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule.
- Track & manage project design expenses against project budget.
- Communicate project design status, including financial status, to the customer, and the project management team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed. 7. Manage change control for design changes, communicating the impact to customer and management team, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to design team.
- Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with the customer.
- Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes.
- Participation in management gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project.
Here is some of what you'll need,
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.
