Join us at Micron in Taiwan and become an outstanding General Affair Engineer, ready to make an impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring flawless plant operations and providing a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Building Management and Maintenance: Address issues such as water leaks, partitions, and flooring to ensure flawless operations.
• Electrical and Mechanical Management and Maintenance: Coordinate the management and maintenance of lighting, elevators, parking lot equipment, restaurant equipment, drinking water equipment, signage, and more.
• Environmental Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in office and public areas, including gardening.
• Plant Traffic Flow Maintenance: Manage parking lots, road maintenance, and indoor and outdoor signage.
• Office Furniture Management: Coordinate distribution, inventory, and transportation of office furniture.
• Employee Needs and Suggestions Improvement: Respond to and handle abnormal issues, implementing improvements based on feedback.
• Regular Environmental Inspections: Establish and maintain regular maintenance schedules to minimize abnormalities.
• Support Plant Activities: Assist in coordinating and supporting plant activities or required functions.
• Implementation Plans for Regulatory Audits: Ensure all installations and processes strictly follow regulatory standards.
• Support for Tainan Plant Expansion Projects: Contribute to the successful implementation of expansion projects.
• Cross-Plant BKM Exchange: Share and implement best-known methods across plants.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to analyze issues and provide executable planning report suggestions.
• Excellent teammate with a proven track record of achieving results.
• TOEIC score of 600 or above.
• Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal mentorship.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in hosting large meetings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in contractor management.
• Ability to handle on-site emergencies promptly.
• Experience in general affairs and livelihood services in plant areas.
