Your role
Are you a master of transaction? Do you know how to take care of clients? We are looking for a Securities Operations Team Lead to:

• review documentation, check transactions, and perform other tasks related to control and reconciliation
• supervise and monitor outstanding items, correcting discrepancies
• lead investigations, provide information and compose correspondence to internal/ external clients
• identify and resolve technical issues with reconciliation tool and file management
• ensure compliance with internal control process and regulations
• participate in projects relevant to product/services launches, change of existing business flows and services enhancements with onshore and offshore team members
• act as the deputy head of Taiwan Securities Operations team

Your team
You'll be working in the Operations team in Taiwan Securities Branch. Our team is providing the account opening and Equity trade related services to the institutional and individual clients; trading on Taiwan Equity and Foreign Securities markets. The team will face local/regional front desks, middle offices, client services team and operations supporting units on client account data management, trade settlements and reporting.

Your expertise

• 5 years and above supervisory experiences in financial services as the people manager
• securities profession personnel license
• a self-motivated and independent leader
• a detail-oriented person in problem solving
• interested in people management and career advancements
• able to work under pressure
• good in English spoken and written ability
