We are looking for someone like that who can:
We are looking for someone like that who can:
- prepare documentation, process transactions, and perform other tasks related to control and reconciliation
- monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies
- launch investigations, provide information and compose correspondence
- identify and resolve technical issues with reconciliation tool and file management
- ensure compliance with internal control process and regulations
Your team
You'll be working in the Operations team in Securities Branch. Our team is providing the account opening and trade related services to the Global Wealth Management clients trading on Taiwan Equity and Foreign Securities market. We will face local/regional front desks, ops supporting units and control teams on client account data management, trade settlements and reporting.
Your expertise
- a University degree
- knowledge and experience in financial services
- Securities Profession Personnel License
- a team player
- a detail-oriented person
- able to work under pressure
- good in English spoken and written ability
