Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Educating AI: Analyze and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated outputs to enhance its understanding and application of knowledge. Work closely with the model to improve its accuracy, ensuring that it is capable of solving real-world problems effectively.
Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into manageable steps and provide clear, reasoned explanations that teach the AI how to approach and solve problems systematically.
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, and inaccuracies within the AI's knowledge base. Design and execute tests that push the boundaries of the model's understanding, ensuring its outputs are reliable, ethical, and applicable to real-world situations.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with AI engineers and researchers to ensure that the AI model evolves based on feedback, ultimately improving its performance and ability to interact meaningfully with users.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Native Proficiency in Traditional Chinese: Exceptional writing skills in Traditional Chinese, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and feedback.
Residency in Taiwan: Must be a resident of Taiwan and have a strong understanding of local cultural context, language nuances, and societal norms.
Education: An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writing-intensive role (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.) is preferred but not required. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
AI Experience: While experience in AI training or related tasks is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for AI and technology.
