THE ROLE：The Creative Marketing Associate Manager will be part of the LINE WEBTOON Marketing team based in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities：

• Mainly responsible for generating various local digital marketing advertising video creatives, including copy and video materials.
• Communicate with digital manager on advertising/media execution, approvals, updates, and also materials download and upload.
• Manage the flow control and localization of materials (including traditional and new media) both internally and externally.
• Coordinate and disseminate approved creative materials to various media partners.
• Review and approve creative concepts, storyboards, designs, and copy to ensure they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Candidate Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, agency, media, digital, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
• Advanced skills with Photoshop and Premiere experience is required.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both English and Mandarin.

• Excellent communication, fast learner, well-organized, efficient, flexible, strong multi-tasker and able to work under pressure and excellent team player.
• Cross-functional coordination: Ability to balance the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams.
