Job Description
Are you an Accounts Payable expert? If you're a pro with numbers and understand the importance of all accounting aspects, you might be the expert we're looking for. Join our fast-growing office and work with both local and global teams.
Office-based in Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:

• Processing of Bank Transfer Requests (BTRs) for investigator payments
• Preparation and submission of EFPIA reports in line with the transparency code to the dedicated internal group
• Correspondence with grant administration group
• Processing of Inter-company vendor invoices
• Correspondence with internal subsidiaries
• Support in inter-company reconciliation process
• Improvements in processes and organization within the team AP
• Backup in processing out of pocket, CRA and grants invoices
• Involvement in internal projects where applicable

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Ability to work independently but also within a team
• 2-3 years hands-on accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable area, in an international environment
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Proficient in MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
