What we look for:
Muv Mi is an on-demand ridesharing service, conveniently moving people around neighborhoods and connecting people to mass transit with a safe, affordable, environmentally friendly solution. We are preparing for further expansion and looking for leaders and champions to help us grow in our home (Bangkok), and beyond!


Main Responsibilities :

• Prepare and issue invoice / tax invoice / receipt in ibiz systems
• Arrange the messenger tofor send the documents, billing and collect cheque.
• Email to client regarding accounting such as invoice, payment notification etc.
• Any administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• University student and/or Fresh graduate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Having experiences in accounting & operation will be beneficial, but not required
• Good people and communication skill
• Fair/Good command in English

Who we are
We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products are Muv Mi and Tuk Tuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 10 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.


We are a small (90+ people) and agile team. We make things happen and are looking for similar entrepreneurial spirits to join our team.
