Job Description: AR Accountant - (Full-time)

Key responsibilities
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operation run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage full Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, daily operations, and month-end closing.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Post daily bank transactions, update cash flow, and track receivables.
• Monitor AR balances to reduce aged items and document follow-ups.
• Ensure timely revenue and stock movement records.
• Handle month-end closing, including accruals and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly schedules.
• Coordinate intercompany activities and assist with tax filings (PP30).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, including new process and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of financial experience; accounting firm background is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Take initiative to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and business integrity.
• Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
• Familiarity with i Biz software and experience in our operating locations is an advantage.

Currently, our flagship products are Muv Mi and Tuk Tuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 10 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia.
