หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• Compiles amounts owed to vendors or other individuals by the company, and inputs figures to the accounting system

• Pays and checks invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
• Reconciles amounts paid or owed to comparing invoices to POs or other records
• Enters invoice amounts into the accounting system and processes invoices or payments
• Responds to inquiries from suppliers or vendors and researches and resolves concerns or discrepancies
• Check and prepare withholding tax reports, and record all withholding tax amounts in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Ensuring that all supporting documents are accurate, verified, and approved by HODs before processing the payments.
• Site Specific: AP Representative cooperate on a daily manner with operation teams across Thailand team to solve issues.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience using accounting principles
• Site Specific: Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Intermediate knowledge of Oracle (preferred but not a must)
