Associate Ops Support (Copy Writer)Job Description
The Associate, Operations Support is responsible for coordinating support tasks related to operations in the organization. This position oversees tasks to completion and report their progress to the operations manager. This position is responsible for communicating with outside partners, and vendors.Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the product teams to create product - based communications material, including in-app experience design, web design and content design.
- Leading in partnership with design stakeholders from briefing and initial concept, completing copy variations and proposals on time that also consistently and continually raise the standard of written tone.
- Help maintain guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all our product communication.
- Sharing processes and driving adoption of mechanisms that elevate how we approach copy and raise the broader team's awareness of requirements to make great use of language.
- Proactively managing time and deadlines
- An excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Experience leading copy standard and Examples for high volume of conceptual and production work
- Min +2 years' experience as Copywriter, Content Strategist of similar role
- keen eye for detail, sharp proofreading skill and the ability to deliver error - free work.
