Job Scope: APM will report to Regional Marketing Lead, SEA (Foreigner). APM is responsible for the Advanced Surgery product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsibilities for Advanced Surgery Business in Thailand; both of pharma and medical device products.
  
• Drive market by execute marketing programs and educational activity.
  
• Geox expansion to develop business growth in long term plan; Business case preparation, Launch Plan.
  
• Manage and control marketing budget.
  
• Collaborate with regional or other countries colleagues to execute marketing programme.
  
• Lead Advanced Surgery team and engage team through Baxter's culture.
  
• Initiate marketing strategies and plans for the assigned products and ensure the implementation in line with corporate strategy and guideline.
  
• Execute and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities within each sales territory with corporate marketing plan.
  
• Train and coach sales representatives on products knowledge and presentation skills
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or any related Science.
  
• 3 Years experienced in Product Specialist, Product Management in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Market.
  
• Competent in critical thinking, recording and analyzing data
  
• Very good in presentation and communication skills
  
• Work constructively and collaboratively, a good team leader
  
• Active and self-learning with positive attitude
  
• Fluent command in English
