Company: Smilesoft Systems, a subsidiary of the Kitview Group from France, specializes in dental and orthodontic software. We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary to support our growth in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Our offices are based in Bangkok.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize appointments for the Director
• Prepare and manage documents needed for product demonstrations
• Manage quotes, follow up on invoicing, and send documents to clients
• Organize and manage the Director's schedule

Desired Profile:

• Calm, organized, and meticulous
• Perfect command of English (written and spoken) for communication with our French team and international clients
• Native Thai to communicate effectively with local clients (practitioners and doctors)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital management tools

Compensation:

• Salary ranging from 30,000 THB to 100,000 THB per month, based on profile and experience
• Possibility of commissions based on performance and business growth
