• Create a business plan for team, implement and monitor key milestones to reach defined strategic outcomes
• Understand all organizational consequences of implementing strategy and align plan, structure, process, system and talents, based on a thorough analysis of future opportunities, risks, requirements and short-term trade offs
• Propose adjustments to plan, structure, process, system that enhance alignment to support business direction
• Set specific challenging but realistic goals to be reached and develops criteria for measurement
• Show a strong interest in improving performance and capabilities and compares it with external competitors to identify gaps and create stretch goals Job Specification
• New graduate or 1-2 years in Research and Development in car maufacturing company
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Outlook
• Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
• Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
