What You'll Be Doing:
At Naluri, we’re all about transforming lives through our care and support services, and the Care Delivery Manager plays a key role in making that happen. You'll lead our awesome team in Thailand, delivering care with empathy and efficiency while ensuring that we’re hitting our goals. Plus, you'll work closely with other departments to problem-solve and innovate. Oh, and you’ll need to be a bit of a multitasker, bouncing between strategy and operations, all while making sure our members get the best service possible!
Plan and Prioritise
  • You'll set both big-picture goals (monthly, quarterly) alongside the Head of Care Delivery to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and define weekly priorities to make sure the team stays on track.
  • You’ll work closely with other departments (like Business Development, Client Strategy, and Product) to figure out how we can keep making the platform better and future-proof.
  • Help create service procedures and policies that keep everything running smoothly while making sure we’re delivering the best possible care to our members in Thailand.
Deliver Amazing Service
  • Oversee the day-to-day care delivery operations to ensure we’re delivering on time and meeting (or exceeding!) member expectations.
  • Deliver health outcomes for members and boost member engagement, satisfaction, and retention by making sure we’re always improving.
  • Roll out cool new initiatives that make our service delivery more efficient and effective.
  • Take ownership of member issues and follow through until they’re resolved. Member happiness is key!
Track and Improve
  • Keep an eye on the numbers—monitor performance and cost to spot trends and find opportunities to make things even better.
  • Lead the way in coming up with ideas and improvements, whether it’s through digital tools or new processes, that work for the Thai market.
Lead and Support the Team
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop an awesome team of care delivery members, helping them grow and be their best.
  • Be the go-to person for guidance and motivation, and make sure the team feels empowered and connected to Naluri’s mission.
  • Ensure the team has everything they need to hit both qualitative and quantitative targets.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken). You’ll be engaging with both local members and teams, so this is essential.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in managing care delivery or service teams, preferably in Thailand or within the region.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in motivating teams, handling day-to-day operations, and delivering on performance targets.
  • A track record of improving processes and implementing strategic initiatives in a service delivery environment.
