1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 24-30 ปี
2. ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล
3. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
4. สามารถใช้อุปกรณ์โสต คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
5. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
6. หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้านพัฒนาบุคลากรจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
7. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพเบื้องต้น เช่น GMP,HACCP,ISO
2. ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล
