Role Responsibilities:

• Expand and achieve sales of service repair of HVAC equipment, chiller and chiller plant improvement retain an existing customer.
  
• Coordinate with customers for preventive maintenance and improvement.
  
• Retain a good relationship between company and the existing customers
  
• Provide proposal and negotiate with customer for service repair and service agreement.
  
• Follow up and convince the customer to do service repair.
  
• Prepare quotations for customers
  
• Coordinate with relevant teams to solve troubleshooting works as customers’ requirement
  

Role Purpose:

• We are looking for Service Sales Engineer to assist with the selling of service repair and maintain service agreement renewal. The responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the product’s parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.
  To be successful as a Service Sales Engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services, and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
  The position is based in central of Thailand and reports to Chiller Services Manager based in Bangkok
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or other related fields.
  
• New graduated welcome.
  
• Minimum 0-5 years working experience in selling, maintenance, or service of HVAC (heating, ventilating, air conditioning) system is preferable.
  
• Good command of English and computer literacy
  
• Own car with valid driving license
  
• Good interpersonal, team-player and customer-oriented
