• Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
• Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Responsible of the coordination of the external engineering service and for site construction management
• Handling of documentation with authorities and construction documentation
• Responsible for construction site civil work including supervision of civil works for existing building expansion and renovation
• Responsible for generating yearly budget and its adherence. Managing and coordination of suppliers for civil works

• Bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering or related filed
• Minimum 10 years and experiences from construction projects
• Technical practice with a good commercial know-how. The use of AUTOCAD and working in MS Office and BIM is familiar for(esp. word, Excel, Power point)
• Lead several construction projects and utility project, refurbishment, expansion and upgrade
• Management of construction project and utility project for at least 5 years
• Technical civil, construction knowledge, EIT MES and BCS standard
• Tire manufacturing knowledge
• Project management
• Utility knowledge
• Assertiveness with external suppliers
• General knowledge about electrical and Controls & Drives
• Good English communication skill
