In your capacity as a 360 Sales Executive at Entelech, your role is not just about selling; it's about crafting a comprehensive sales experience that starts with the initial contact and extends well beyond the closing of a deal. You will be a linchpin in our expansion into Thailand, a market with unique challenges and opportunities. This role demands a dynamic and multifaceted approach, combining sharp sales skills with an in-depth understanding of client relationship dynamics and a strategic mindset.
Your involvement in the sales process is holistic. From the outset, you will identify and cultivate potential leads, utilising a variety of methods tailored to the Thai market. Your approach will be adaptive, leveraging both traditional and innovative sales techniques. As these leads progress through the sales funnel, your role will evolve from an initiator to a negotiator and, finally, a closer, ensuring that each client's specific needs are met with tailored digital marketing solutions.
Beyond the sale, your focus will shift to nurturing these client relationships. This involves regular engagement, understanding their evolving business challenges, and providing ongoing support. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that Entelech’s services continue to align with and facilitate their business growth.
Client Account Manager Duties:

Pay: ฿45,000.00 - ฿70,000.00 per month

Client Account Manager Duties:
- Proactive Lead Generation: Using techniques such as telemarketing, Linked In outreach, and email marketing campaigns to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Lead Management: Managing and following up on leads provided by the Sales Manager, focusing on converting them into active clients.
- Client Relationship Building and Management: Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Networking and Brand Advocacy: Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to promote the Entelech brand and forge valuable connections.
- Tailored Sales Solutions: Analysing potential clients' business needs to offer customised digital marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Resolve any client issues or conflicts, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Thai citizen.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of the Thai market, consumer behaviour, and local trends.
- Ability to navigate and respect different cultural perspectives within an international team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working within a diverse team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results-oriented marketing solutions.
- Experience working with international clients or in a global organisation.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and working styles.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Salary of 45,000-70,000 baht per month (dependent on experience and qualifications).
