We are seeking a skilled Clinic & Operation Manager to lead our integrated healthcare services, including our physical clinic at Gaysorn Centre, Floor 5, Bangkok, and the Ooca app platform. This role is crucial in our blended care model, requiring expertise in both clinic management and digital health operations.
Who are we?
ooca is the largest digital mental wellness platform. ooca offers a platform where you can talk to psychologists and psychiatrists via video calls on the web app, i OS or Android. Users can either pick their own professional to link up with or be matched by the site.
Ooca closed a Series A investment round from BDMS, Thailand's largest private hospital chain. They are collaborating to make mental health care accessible, change attitudes towards it, and leverage Thailand's public health standards to benefit future generations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of both the physical clinic and Ooca app, including staff management, healthcare provider oversight, appointment systems, and customer experience
• Manage and coordinate healthcare providers, ensuring high standards of medical care and compliance with professional guidelines
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality patient care across both physical and digital platforms
• Lead the creation and execution of policies and procedures for integrated online and offline operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage license maintenance processes
• Manage budget and resource allocation for integrated operations, identifying areas for efficiency and growth
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for clinic staff and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with tech team to drive seamless integration of physical and digital services
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources and partners
• Analyze operational data and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage crisis situations and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in health/wellness industry with a focus on clinic operations
• Proven experience in managing digital health platforms or app operations
• Experience in coordinating or managing healthcare providers
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Background in Psychology and/or Health Informatics is advantageous

Working Hours & Location

• Full-time position at Gaysorn Centre, Floor 5, Bangkok
• Clinic opening hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Manager's working hours may extend beyond clinic hours to ensure smooth operations
