Job responsibilities:
1.Project preparation stage
l Participate in pre-project communication and coordination meetings with the owner/general contractor.
l Organize the project department to complete the construction organization design/progress plan, and review the
l Commencement meeting, report project promotion ideas and economic analysis
l Organize and implement the construction of on-site facilities
2.Construction process stage
l Coordinate the relationship between the various departments of the project department to promote the project in an efficient and orderly manner
l Maintain close communication with all departments of the company, coordinate relevant resources, and report problems arising in the project in a timely manner.
l Listen to the actual progress report on site and analyze the reasons for the difference between the actual progress and the planned progress.
l Reporting progress discrepancies to the company, submitting progress correction plans, and coordinating related resources.
l Organize the implementation of the construction design and special construction plans.
3. Completion stage
l Completing quality inspection according to the quality standards and requirements of design documents and contracts.
l Do the completion settlement, sign the quality acceptance document, and handover certificate
l Completion of the project construction summary and economic analysis, final payment recovery
Qualification Requirements:
l Ÿ Basic project management ability, with organization, communication and coordination ability;
l Ÿ Experience as construction manager for projects with the output value of 50 million RMB and above, or experience as construction manager for 2 and above 20 million RMB projects;
l Ÿ Familiar with contract law and proficient in business negotiation;
l Ÿ Ability to develop team;
l Good communication skills in English and Thai.
