Who we are looking for:
For interns looking to join the EY Consulting Team, the firm typically seeks individuals who are:

• Currently 3 or 4 year students or graduated program, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Interested in consulting and eager to learn about various industries and business processes.
• Analytical thinkers with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicators with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Demonstrating leadership potential and a strong work ethic.

Interns at EY are given the opportunity to work on real projects, gain valuable experience, and make meaningful contributions to the team. They are also evaluated for potential full-time positions upon completion of their internships.
