Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and organized CRM & Vendor Administrator. The role will primarily focus on managing our Hub Spot CRM system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
Experience:
We are looking for a versatile and organized CRM & Vendor Administrator. The role will primarily focus on managing our Hub Spot CRM system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of Hub Spot CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Customize CRM platforms to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and tools.
- Provide training on Hub Spot CRM best practices, driving user adoption and efficiency.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact list for existing vendors and suppliers.
- Source, coordinate, and manage new service providers and maintain a comprehensive database of vendors and services.
- Provide backup support for security operations as needed.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (TOEIC 600+).
- Proficiency in Hub Spot /Salesforce CRM, with proven experience in customization and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
- Project management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CRM certification is a plus.
Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- CRM: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
