We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at our Natural Rubber Production factory in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems within industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for our natural rubber production processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including motors, generators, control panels, and instrumentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Develop and implement electrical maintenance programs and schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of our electrical systems.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, process, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall factory operations.
Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum [number] years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably within the rubber or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD Electrical, EPLAN).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electrical systems in rubber processing plants.
Knowledge of automation and control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
Certification in electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA 10/30).
