Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems and a keen eye for identifying potential issues. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of residential and condominium properties to ensure that electrical systems are safe, compliant with regulations, and functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections of electrical systems in residential and condominium properties.
• Identify and assess potential issues, safety hazards, and code violations within electrical systems.
• Provide detailed written reports outlining inspection findings, recommended repairs, and necessary upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and offer professional advice on maintenance and repairs.
• Stay updated with current electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrical inspector or in a similar role within residential or condominium settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical inspection (e.g., Electrical Inspector Certification).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of work.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in the Koh Samui or broader Thailand region.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 56 per week
