หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist the Facility Manager with administrative tasks and documentation needed for site operations.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits, including ISO audits, and ensure understanding of audit processes and requirements.
• Handle office administration, including maintaining coffee machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Collaborate with facility management to complete assigned special projects.
• Respond to maintenance calls, obtain quotes, process purchase requests, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate and communicate with movers, vendors, and other staff as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Manage relationships with vendors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility needs.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve facility-related issues.
