Salary range: Hybrid/Remote
About the position
We're looking for a Food Service Sales Executive to grow our presence in the HORKA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) channel. You will lead product demos, engage with operators, manage key accounts, and collaborate with distributors to expand business opportunities. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about sales, business development, and building strong customer relationships.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales by engaging with key operators and showcasing Upfield's products.
- Identify and acquire new customers (restaurants, hotels, caterers).
- Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with distributors to drive region-specific growth.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (chefs, owners).
- Manage contracts and negotiations to create win-win solutions.
- Act as the main contact for customers, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain sales records and generate performance reports.
- Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and processes.
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal guidelines.
