About the role - you will:

• Manage and consolidate financial reporting of actual, forecasting and budgeting for the HDD manufacturing operation including analysis on the results of the performance against historical, budget, forecast and strategic target data to support top executives in making appropriate decision towards achieving the company strategic goals.
• Coordinate financials questions/answers among site finance and Corporate, controlling and work on task assignment, and other effective decision support analysis such as top-level analysis.
• Work with the business partner to align on business priorities to ensure the successful execution.
• Perform financial report for management review.
• Present financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Support ad Hoc request related to works as required.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive actions to meet them.

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge in accounting functions.
• Work experience 3-5 years.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office / SAP / Tableau / Knime.
