Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Guest Services Officer to support the Guest Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• To handle all Guest Services transactions, not limited to check-in & check out in accordance with Hotel standards.
• To meet and greet VIPs, provide in-room registration, create bonding with guests during the stay, and bid farewell upon guest departures.
• To have strong product knowledge, promote hotel activities and promotions to all guests.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
• Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
• Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Shiji, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent English communication skill
