️ The Situation

We are looking for a seasoned delivery manager to lead our Projects team, oversee ongoing projects, and continuously improve our ability to delivery customer value. You will:
Lead our Projects team

• Define strategy and playbook for the projects team
• Manage the projects team's performance
• Instruct, mentor, and coach the projects team

Oversee ongoing projects

• Develop and optimize team structures and ways of working
• Track customer sentiments through regular meetings
• Handle difficult conversations when necessary

Continuously improve delivery

• Make decisions on staffing and resource allocations
• Lead initiatives to improve staff billability
• Lead initiatives to enhance project profitability

Our engagements vary widely in scope and scale. Recently, we've been entrusted with large-scale development projects for Thai corporations, involving multiple teams and stakeholders working together. While we're excited about this opportunity, it brings a level of complexity—and risk—that's new to us.

This means striking a delicate balance: providing the certainty and clarity needed for such complex work, while also giving the team the freedom and autonomy they need to learn and grow.

The Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience with custom software development
• Success leading Agile projects involving 50+ people
• Solid grasp of modern web development technologies
• Assertive communication skills in both English and Thai language
• Certifications like PMP and CSM are considered bonuses
